Readers can help us identify outdated links, changed rules, inaccurate figures, unclear explanations, and other problems. We review correction reports according to their evidence and potential impact.

Email contact@addachile.com with the subject line “Correction Request.” Please do not send sensitive personal information.
How reports are reviewed
We compare the report with the article, its existing sources, current official information, and other reliable references. A correction may be accepted, partially accepted, declined, or held for further verification.
Types of changes
- Material factual correction: A meaningful error that could affect understanding or a decision. The page may receive a correction or update note.
- Routine update: A changed price, schedule, link, requirement, or service detail that is updated as part of normal maintenance.
- Clarification: Language is improved because the original wording was incomplete, ambiguous, or easy to misunderstand.
- Minor edit: Grammar, spelling, formatting, accessibility, or style changes that do not alter the meaning.
Update notes and dates
Material corrections may be identified within the article or in an editor’s note. Minor edits do not always receive a public note. A “last updated” date should reflect a meaningful review or revision, not a cosmetic change made only to make content appear new.
Requests to remove content
We do not remove accurate editorial content merely because a person or organization dislikes it. We will consider requests involving privacy, copyright, safety, legal obligations, misidentification, or clearly inaccurate information.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge clear correction reports within five business days. Complex or disputed matters may take longer. An acknowledgment does not mean that a requested change will automatically be made.
